A person can't build a new structure, so we purchased an old structure, tore it down completely to the floats and steel frame, then completely built it back, using marine grade plywood, and pressure treated lumber. This is a fisherman's and hunter's paradise, with the main Altamaha River located less than a mile away by water, as well as great deer and hog hunting in the area.
